A confirmed sit requires two things:
1) A completed “blue” sheet (sent exclusively from Sarah) for the current year,
2) A completed “pink” sheet (the booking form found on our website) for the requested dates.

If you cancel your sit within 48 hours of the first day of your confirmed sit, you will be responsible for paying 50% of your total invoice.

If you end up cutting your trip short and returning home earlier than expected, you will be required to pay in full the cost for the complete sit.

Better hope we’re still available! ;)
We love your pets, and when plans get uncanceled, but we can’t guarantee those dates are still open. Of course, it never hurts to ask!
There’s no cancellation fee prior to 48 hours before the sit’s start date.
